There's Only One 'Return', Okay, And It Ain't Of 'The King', It's Of 'The Jedi'
This is a fresh twist on a nostalgic classic. Inspired by the orange creamsicle, we took things in a new direction —adding 1,700 Ibs of ripe strawberries to create a vibrant strawberry creamsicle experience.
Bursting with juicy berry character up front, this beer finishes with soft vanilla sweetness that rounds everything out into a smooth, dessert-like sip. Bright, creamy, and unapologetically fun. -
Do You Bite Your Thumb At Us Sir?
Two ingredients, both alike in dignity. In fair Vienna, where we brew our beer. From ancient style to new recipe. For never was a story of less woe than this beer and its drinker’s glow.

EXPERIMENTAL AFFOGATO STOUT
The latest in our experimental series. We have taken one of the base imperial stouts that we use for barrel aging and have instead dosed it with soft serve ice cream, coffee from Phil and Sebastian and Grade A Vanilla Beans. As with all beers this was a collaboration of tasting trials with the entire brewing team, but the inspiration and direction for this beer was influenced by brewer Matt. We hope this beer makes you feel like you’re drinking an espresso shot through vanilla ice cream. Cheers!

I Wonder If It Remembers Me
This pale ale is a reboot from last year and the second iteration of this beer. It was brewed with El Dorado and Citra utilising both of these hops in both stages of the dry hop – during and post fermentation. This hop combo delivers a lovely combo of watermelon candy and bright citrus.

Widowmaker
Our signature IPA is made in the east coast style. This style of IPA is characterized by a light malt profile with a big pulpy body that is there to complement the intense juicy character coming from the hops.
-
Trailbreaker
This pale ale will likely come across more like a session IPA than most pale ales in the market. We kept the malt profile light so that the hops could shine.
-
Ridgerunner
German pilsner is characteristically dry and hoppy with a nice background bitterness. Ours is a classic example of the style brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saphir and Spalt Select.

They’re Digging In The Wrong Place
Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Sabro: I always knew some day you’d come walking back through my door. Were not just making it up as we go along; we have our top people working on this IPA and ended up with something that belongs in a museum. So, whether you are outrunning a boulder or avoiding grading papers, this beer is bound to have you dreaming of fortune and glory, kid. Fortune and glory.

Plan B? We Need A Plan C, D, E. We Need More Alphabets
Pineapple basil sour? What could go wrong? As long as the obey the laws of physics, we’ll be fine.
